You take an existing driveway, add a garden within a garde, throw in a patio and a swing for the children and you have an interlocking pattern. This is a blending and a manipulation of space to create specific focal points, yet maintain a harmonious overall design. The basic elements of water, wood and stone combine. Flagstone paths sit unobtrusively beside the sculpted water feature. In turn, the rocks beside the water contrast, yet blend, with the texture of the wooden arbour. The deck reaches out, touched by trees and dips into the abundant plantings.
